Meditation Evenings

For years, I have recommended the practice of meditation and mindfulness to clients, and have run several mindset, meditation & mindfulness workshops on line.
But now I am able to offer the practice live & in person.

Being a once per month event, these evenings are strictly limited to TEN participants.

 

Meditation is fantastic for many reasons, not only does it help you to relax, but it will also help to ease worries, over-active minds, stress, anxiety and so much more.
Having a healthy & happy mind is a crucial part of leading a healthy and happy lifestyle, and mindfulness, meditation and mindset are becoming an increasingly popular part of wellness.

The evening will offer a guided meditation that will help to relax, heal and revitalise your energies.
allowing you to slow down and take an inward look at yourself, healing old hurts, whilst looking forward to new days.

PreBooking is essential!

All mats, cushions, blankets will be provided for each event.
