One of the great things about the fitness & wellness classes that I choose to run is that you do not need to be a dancing queen, in fact co-ordination is not required at all.
I aim to keep my classes simple & easy to follow, making sure that each session offers an effective workout for each participant.
And with progressions & regressions for all movements, all of the classes are suitable for all fitness levels & abilities.
I LOVE what I do & the classes that I teach, and this fills me with the excitable enthusiasm that I need to make each of my classes a great experience for everyone who attends.
