As a freelance trainer I work for you, and not a gym!
The benefit of this is you are not required to agree or sign any annual membership contracts, all sessions are performed on a one2one basis, and you only book if you are satisfied with the service being provided and the progression being made towards your goal/s.
100% of my time is focussed and dedicated to YOU, even when I am not in session with you I am designing new plans, ideas and programmes that I believe will get YOU to where YOU want to be.
There are of course many benefits to having a gym membership, and I would always advocate anything that promotes physical activity into your daily life. However, there is little point in investing the money, if you cannot invest the interest, time or motivation to keep going to the gym in the first place.
Personal Training will help keep your motivation high, and push you to realising your own potential. I will personalise your workouts and training regime so that we can achieve your goals quicker and more effectively! I can also promise to offer variety and diversity in training methods, preventing you from feeling bored during sessions.
As your trainer I will give you all the support that you need, advise on nutritional and/or supplementary issues and above all offer flexible training times to suit you and your work and family commitments.
A great benefit to home training is the privacy. It allows you to not feel so self concious, which can easily happen when surrounded by others in a gym environment.
As any good trainer would, I always offer a completely free consultation session, so we can meet before you book. The consultation is a chance to discuss your goals, plans, motivational reasons and exercise history. I will also offer you the opportunity to complete a Body Composition analysis in order to set realistic goals that are achievable in your specified timeframe.

When booking your sessions, you can pay by cash, cheque or by paypal. Sessions are available in 60 and 90 minute durations, and can be single bookings or blocks of 6 or 12 sessions. Prices can be discussed during the consultation period.
You can also share the cost of your training sessions, by inviting a friend to join you. Group training is available for 2-4 people, but prior agreement is necessary. All participants need to be working towards a similar goal in order for this method of training to be effective. Contact me to discuss.
