Due to the overwhelming interest in Group Fitness classes, I am constantly updating my timetable in order to off you the classes that you want, when you want them.

You can register for one of the classes already operating, using the message box below and please state which class you want to join. 

As soon as I have recieved your enquiry form, I will check availability on the requested class and confirm to you within 24hours if you have successfully got a place.
