BOOTCAMP

My Summer Bootcamp will be making a long awaited return in 2012.

Starting on March 12th 2012, and running throughout the year until October, you will be gauranteed to get a result. Each particpant will be put through their paces and pushed to their limits in a bid to achieve Summer Body confidence.

Both men & women are welcome to the Bootcamp, and all participants must be over 18years of age, or 16 years if accompanied by a parent/gaurdian (the parent guardian does NOT have to be taking part).

The venue for the Bootcamp is Upton Country Park, meeting at the Elgar Centre before commencing the class. Participants should meet 15minutes before the class start time and are welcome to use the toilet facilities at the centre to get changed etc if coming straight from work. 

On your first visit you shall recieve a Body Composition Analysis, from which we will monitor your progression. Your Goal weight or size will be written on a card and handed to the trainer who will keep hold of this during the camps.

We plan to have a 5ltr bottle of water at each camp, so if you have forgotten your drink, there is some available.

New things will continually be added to the list, so for what you pay, you get a 5 star service as you would expect if you were paying top rate money for a personal trainer!

How much does it cost?

£5.00 per session or 6 sessions for £25.00 - I have priced the bootcamp to be accessible and affordable to everyone. There is no hidden extras or block payments (unless you want to). 

You can attend one or both sessions a week, depending on your determination to achieve your goal.
